Broken

A lot of people begin to feel broken after doing a lot. They begin to get tired and it gets hard for them to keep going, and they may start wanting to give up, this article will tell you what to do if you feel broken.

If you ever get broken what you should do is relish/accept it, and learn from it. Use it to get better and improve me. If you are broken that means that you have found your limits, until you know your limits you can’t push them and get better. Once you feel where you were broken then you can attack that weakness, and if you break then it means to fortify your will to make it stronger. And there are many ways to break, you can break physically, mentally, emotionally, and many more. They leave a mark but the mark they leave can be a mark of victory or a mark of defeat.

So in conclusion, when you break it is a chance to give up but there is also opportunity to get stronger, tougher, and more resilient.
